Manreet’s passion for mental health work has been lifelong. She has a strong desire for supporting people through life’s many challenges and encouraging them towards personal growth. Through her own experiences, Manreet understands the difficulty in seeking counselling for the first time and hopes to help clients work through this by providing an empathetic, non-judgmental and safe environment. Her approach to counselling aims to help people better understand their emotions and the meanings behind them. She believes the quality of our childhood relationships plays an integral role in our development as adults and hopes to explore those dynamics with her clients. Manreet is currently completing her Master of Counselling Psychology at Adler University in Vancouver. Manreet speaks English and Punjabi, and her cultural experiences allow for a wide perspective on emotional and mental health challenges.
